After losing interest in the music industry – his first passion – he was already sold on New York, but he needed to make money to stay. That’s when he asked the richest person he knew to help him get started in real estate.
After a successful run as a salesperson that included stops working for the #1 real estate sales team in New York for 2015 (Wall Street Journal REAL Trends) and becoming the youngest head of a sales team in the history of the largest real estate brokerage in New York at just 25 years old, Nick decided to start his own firm: Tawil & Team. The company was founded in 2017.

As of today, the company is an extension of Nick’s successful real estate practice. When you hire us, you are hiring Nick El-Tawil as your real estate investment advisor. Nick has an open door policy with all of his clients and he welcomes you to open a dialogue with him if you have any concerns regarding the service that you are receiving. In the future, we hope to expand by providing opportunities for our agents to run their own businesses within the company.
